Abstract: Abstract:In order to solve the problem of "three difficulties and one low" in the process of gas drainage in 3 # coal seam of 1307 working face in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine, which is hard to drill, difficult to make holes, difficult to pre-drainage and with a low concentration. Using the "three-down-two-up" of the gas control method, can easily lead to slow slow driving progressang serious imbalance between mining and excavation. By FLAC3D numerical simulation,Respectively analyzed from the stress and displacement of different high drainage roadway placement horizon.concluded the optimal placement horizon of high drainage roadway.Therefore, the "U-type ventilation + high drainage roadway" gas control method was adopted.This paper analyzed the extraction effect of the high drainage roadway in different mining stages from the aspects of the placement horizon, pure quantity of drainage, extraction negative pressure and the extraction concentration. The results show that, when the distance between the high drainage roadway and the roof of 1307 working face is 43m~51m, the gas drainage is the best, and the corresponding extraction negative pressure is 12~15KPa, which effectively reduces the gas concentration in the upper corner of working face. The research results can be used as reference for the coal mines of the Jincheng AnthraciteMing Group and other mines at home and abroad.
